This person was trying the 'best trade wins' scam for a headdress code. She claims to decline the trades, but I wouldn't trust her. Besides, there isn't a code for headdresses. They come out in shops every second November.

The Return of agkittycatlover9000

I saw my old enemy, agkittycatlover9000, doing a scam again today. She was saying 'send me gifts 10th wins rare'. Despite the fact she scammed the last time I met her, I'm just going to assume that this would be a scam as well.

New site!

Yep, the SWS is stretching itself out again! We now have our own Wiki, that is currently a WIP. You can reach it VIA this link:
http://animal-jam-scam-watchers-society.wikia.com/wiki/Animal_Jam_Scam_Watchers_Society_Wiki

Also, we now have our very own group on deviantART called AnimalJam-SWS (reach it via this link: http://animaljam-sws.deviantart.com/)
These are our current group icons.

The first 3 are made by me (Agent Cerise) while the last one was by Agent Zee. Which one do YOU think we should use?

confetti44 (Non-member)

Confetti44 was dancing in Jamaa Township, saying 'go to my den if you want headdress'. Once I got there to begin my investigation, I checked her achievements. I highly doubted she had a headdress.

When she came back to her den, people were yelling and asking if they could see the headdress. She claimed to have had it on trade earlier, only we did not see it. But as proof again, she put it on trade, next to her sturdy table (she was probably expecting us to trust trade our offers).

After people started calling her a scammer, she got mad and said that whoever called her a scam didn't get a headdress. After awhile, she got mad and locked us all out before I had a chance to find out if she was scamming or not.

Somebody else trying to scam-a-gram me

If you can't read it, it says: send me your tail armor and I will send you all my den items.
This is a scam, because if she was going to give me the den items, she would just trade.

Okie221 was dancing in Jamaa Township, saying "7th gift wins anything they want'. This didn't seem dangerous, so I breezed over it. But then I saw him/her saying 'it has to be good'

She ran off before I could get any more info, so I don't know what happened after that really.

Constava (Member)

Constava was standing around in Jamaa Township, saying 'send me items i'm poor and just joined'. I checked her achievements. She had quite a few, some of which were achievements of items bought.

Constava had not done well with attempting a scam. She had lots of items on her trade list, and her den was open. She had a decent amount of items in her den and on her trade list.

Blackdragon000 was dancing in Jamaa Township, saying 'go to my den if you want my spiked wristband'. I went to his den to check it out. As proof, he had the spike on trade. I noted that he didn't have many achievements, though.

When I got to his den, he took the spike off trade and replaced it with a bad item. He told us to trade to win it. This is a scam, because if he was going to give it to us he would just trade us for the wristband and not a pillow.

Pixie510 was dancing in Jamaa Township, saying 'send me gifts 10th gift wins den beta'. This is a scam, because if she was going to give us the den BETA, she would just trade.

[No Image Available :'(]

After several minutes, she announced that the winner was sare000 had won. As soon as she announced sare000 as the winner, she ran off, not sending anyone their items back.

I looked up the username, and I noticed that sare000 was a non-member, therefore not being able to send any gifts.

Porestar (Non-member)

(Note the inappropriate username)

I was walking around in Jamaa Township, when I saw a look-a-like of Porestar (sadly didn't get the username) dancing, saying 'my friend is giving away a fox hat at my den'. I went to check it out.

When I got there, I was as my Arctic Wolf, wearing my white fox hat and spiked collar. Suddenly, Porestar said 'Everyone message Pouncing, whoever messages first gets her fox hat!' I couldn't believe she had set me up for this. People immediately starting sending my jam-a-grams.

After I started yelling and saying I got set up for this and that I didn't know the two AT ALL, Porestar started calling me a fake, and so did everyone else. Afterward, the owner locked their den.

So technically, I was the one scamming here because I got set up. But I gave everyone their items back afterwards.

Bubblegum18619 (Non-member)

Bubblegum18619 was dancing in Jamaa Township, saying 'go to my den if you want my fox hat'. This seemed like a possible scam, so I went to check it out. When I got to her den, she put an old blanket on trade and told us to trade her a worn blanket, and that after we did, she would give us the fox hat.

This is a true scam, because if she was going to give us the fox hat, she would just trade. When I told other people there it was a scam, she started acting innocent and asked what a scam was.

There seemed to be a friend (or other account) defending her, iluvbubblegum101. Notice how their usernames are similar.

Warning: This post is not a post about scamming. This post contains pictures of graphic, mature content on Animal Jam. Read further at your own risk.

I was walking around in Jamaa Township, looking for scammers, when I saw Eluramitz doing the sleeping position and saying i'm having birth.

This is a sign of graphic, adult content on Animal Jam, which is of course not allowed. If you are to report her, report her for inappropriate behaviour, not scamming.

Snowflakewolf8000 (Non-member)

Snowflakewolf8000 was walking around in Jamaa Township with store-bought items on her trade list. She was chanting 'trade me a fox hat, I'm recording! you will be famous!'

I asked her why would we trade her a fox hat for the things on her list, because they weren't fair. She replied with 'because you will be famous if you give me one'.
We don't know for sure she is recording. This is probably just a lure, because lots of people would do anything to be on an Animal Jam Youtube video.

Chuey11 (Member)

Chuey11 was hopping in Jamaa Township, saying 'gift me something really good and you win my headdress'! This is a scam, because if she was going to give you the headdress, she would just trade.

Occasionally, she would say '______ in lead!' to tell people what item was the best so far. Everyone was whining, asking for their items back because they were not in the lead.

At the end, she announced that the winner was Turquoisegemstone. Turquoise was really happy to have won, and asked her to send it.

After Chuey11 claimed to have sent the headdress, it appeared it hadn't disappeared off her animal. This meant she hadn't sent it. She ran off.

Turquoise was claiming that Chuey11 hadn't sent the headdress, but instead she had sent a cactus.

Fangangel + Sarapinky123 (Non-members)

This is a longer post.

One day, I was getting new scam watchers for the society. Fangangel came into the den, claiming that sarapinky123 had scammed her entire set of Phantom Armor. Major was in the den too, making smiley faces, as if to torment her. I buddied her and promised to get her phantom armor back.

I went scam watching, and Countess came with me. But wherever Countess went, Major was there too. It seemed strange, almost as if they were buddies. I tried to ignore it.

Weeks later, Countess jam-a-grammed me again, saying she got scammed. I went to where she was, and she was in an offline Jammer's den (not saying the username so that person doesn't get unwanted attention). Major (with a new outfit) was standing there. She told me that Major wasn't the one who scammed her, and that they were friends.

Of course, I didn't believe her. I tried to ignore it and hoped that Major had reformed. But he hadn't. I went to Countess's den weeks later and asked her what she heard about Major. She said that he had just scammed someone.

Weeks later, Agent Zee told me that Major was at Countess's den, and that she was apparently doing a giveaway for a grey party hat.

Apparently, Countess wasn't that innocent Jammer that we thought she was. She had a necklace on trade, and I heard her saying "ICE ARCHWAY IN LEAD". This must've meant she was making them trade their offers. And that was what scammers did. When she noticed Agent Zee and I were there, she panicked and told us it wasn't what we thought.

After I confronted her and told everyone what happened, she locked her den. Major was one of the people who wasn't forced out of the den, proving that the two of them were buddies all along.

Afterward, she unbuddied us both and locked her den on us. The two of them were partners in scamming all along. Watch out for these two, they are on very often!
